Who we are
I started Lightbulb in 2010 after 20 years in the corporate world in various senior operational and HR roles. I was that person who forced people through the traditional, bureaucratic nonsense that is annual appraisal. I can also claim to be a victim, many times over, of management training that could best be described as unmemorable, jargon-laden and full of business models that were difficult to apply to real-life! We are about no-fluff, step-by-step, practical and often disruptive approaches to people management, development and business performance. A lot of our stuff isn't in textbooks but it's not 'gimmicky' either! Just great tools: Life At Work. Made Simple.
